I. Function & Characteristic

1. Based on the principle that water and oil would separate all the time, we design the machine. The dregs would sink automatically from the oil into the water, so the oil would be kept fresh.

2. The oil would not be acidized, so oil consumption is less and the fried food is more delicious with better appearance.

3.  When frying meat products, the fat from meat would sink in the water at bottom, which guarantees the healthy.  

4.  It can fry continuously different kinds of food and the taste would not be tainted.

5. Temperature is stable controlled by micro-computer and operation is simple.

6. Different models can be designed according to client’s requirements.
